Rewatching Downton Abbey Series 2 Episode 1. SO MANY FEELS ABOUT ANNA AND MR. BATES. AHHHHHH Joanne is literally an amazing actress. She brings this girlish innocence to Anna and at the same time is this strong woman willing to fight for what she loves. When she is with John she is able to let her guard down. To let someone love her and share her joys and fears. It is just so beautiful to me and realistic. I am in awe of her talent.
